Dispute is part of life and commercial transactions; therefore we have put in place mechanism to help resolve our clients’ dispute. We understand pain and protracted nature of litigation, we therefore lay more emphasis on arbitration, mediation and any other ADR mechanism which is cost-effective and faster. Litigation is only resorted to as last option.
