BAMIDELE, OLUKUNLE TIMOTHY

Bamidele is an experienced Legal Practitioner in Corporate Practices, Litigation, Legal Advisories, Dispute Resolutions and Secretarial Services

He attended prestigious University of Ibadan where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and was called to Nigerian Bar.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators with LLM (Tax) from the Lagos State University.

He has worked with several law firms where he has acquired valuable work experience as a Legal Practitioner in different aspects of Law Practice from Corporate Practice, Real Estate and Planning, Family, Estate and Probate, Insolvency and Business Recovery among other things.

Mr. Bamidele became managing partner in the law firm of Pro-Lex Solicitors and has been seconded to work as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser with many corporate organisations with JOF Nigeria Limited, Ecart Internet Services Nigeria Ltd (Jumia) etc.

He is a passionate Bar man as he is a member of Ikeja Branch of Nigerian Bar Association.

Mr. Bamidele is also head of Dispute Resolution Group of Pro-Lex Solicitors and has handled some litigation, mediation and arbitration in some high profile cases.

In December 2019, the Governor of Lagos State appointed him as a member of Lagos State Physical Planning and Building Control Appeals Committee, a quasi-judicial tribunal to consider and decision of appeals on questions of planning permits and building control matters for a term of three (3) years which term has been further extended for another three (3) years.

He has acted as Registrar of an arbitral Panel in arbitral proceedings and also represented parties as counsel in different proceedings.

He is a member of Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch. He is also a Notary Public appointed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in 2025.
